TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Coaching:

1. The sessions package will be agreed upon by the Client and Clarity Coaching and Tuition prior to the start of sessions.

2. The Client will pay the cost of the package in full prior to the start of the sessions, or at the per session rate as agreed.

3. The Client can withdraw from the agreement at any time but will not recoup any money paid.

4. Sessions can be cancelled by the Client up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, after which time the Client will be charged for the session.

5. If Clarity Coaching and Tuition terminates the agreement, the Client will be reimbursed for any sessions not rendered.

6. A package of sessions expires after 12 months.

7. No sessions can be recorded without the explicit agreement of Clarity Coaching and Tuition and the Client.

 

Tuition:

1. Sessions will be invoiced at the end of every month and are payable on receipt.

2. Sessions can be cancelled by the Client up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for the session, after which time the session will be charged.

3. If Clarity Coaching and Tuition needs to cancel a session, they will provide an alternative time for that session to take place.

4. No sessions can be recorded without the explicit agreement of Clarity Coaching and Tuition and the Client.
